Quanta Computing, the performance tool for E-Commerce sites
Quanta is a SaaS solution that enables you to collaboratively monitor the activity of an E-Commerce platform (business indicators, page response time, traffic activity, server or cloud activity) to ensure your site is in good health and make it as efficient as possible. As your E-Commerce platform evolves, Quanta can track and be alerted to any anomalies that may have an impact on conversion. But it’s also a good way to analyze the behavior of servers, even during sales. This tool is intended for General Management, Marketing, E-Commerce, as well as technical teams (Integrators, Information Systems, Web Agencies, Hosts). This means that users can quickly identify any anomalies detected and accurately inform the teams that can solve them, whether this is the service manager or the web agency.
Over the past few weeks, we have started to add several plugins allowing Artifakt.io users to instantly benefit from additional features that come from third-party solutions. Given its importance, it was clear to the Artifakt teams that Quanta should be added to the list of the first plugins offered.
Quanta is now natively present in Artifakt.io as a plugin linked to the performance of the platforms deployed. All that is needed at the end of the architecture creation phase is to choose « Quanta plugin » and to enter the user account number. Quanta is then directly configured and plugged into the application as soon as it starts up in the Cloud. From the Quanta interface, it is then possible to see the application, the Cloud servers and the response time for each of the pages, etc.
Feedback from the leather goods brand Lancaster
Following the implementation of Quanta on Artifakt.io a few weeks ago, Agence Dn’D activated it on one of their Magento E-Commerce sites (lancaster.com). This POC has worked very well and now allows them to track the activity of their infrastructure in real time. This proved particularly useful during sales periods to monitor the increase in server load during particular peaks of activity. The Quanta graphics allow them to observe and to better understand any possible blocking and slow-down points. The technical teams can then more easily solve these problems and improve the overall performance of the platform.
For Artifakt.io, Quanta is an excellent performance monitoring tool and strongly recommends that clients add the option when creating environments. Like Artifakt.io, Quanta is a French company and a passionate team eager to provide a true response to the problems encountered by many IT professionals.
Artifakt.io plans to use Quanta in the near future as part of a complete benchmarking of the different public Clouds (AWS, Google, Azure…).
We’ll let you know more about this soon… 😉
